How do I remove invalid discount banners and badges?

I have been struggling for weeks to remove invalid discounts (deleted from coupons and discounts) from our item pages. I FINALLY figured out how to remove the badge but when I click into the item pages the banner still pops up with a little lightning bolt next to it and I cant get rid of it. I have spoken to 3 assistants regarding the matter, none of which have been help. Has anyone had these issues? One of the discounts created its own description that provides incorrect information.

How did you get rid of the badge.  I can't figure it out.  I posted a new item that has no badge (fantastic) but all the older items have a badge that makes no sense

Hi @Cozza - Please provide a link to your site and a photo of what you are seeing on your end. Have you been able to speak with Square Online support?
