How do I modify or customize the Order Confirmation email body sections?

Depending on the item category chosen, within the confirmation email, there is a section within the body that says either "Download Information" for a Digital item OR "Event Information" for an Event item. I want to know how to customize or modify that content?

You can edit some of the content in those sections, but some of it will be default text that cannot be changed. Check out the Best Answer on this thread for more information.
