My first customer has exceeded the 5 kg weight limit for shipping. I am not sure how to enforce that weight limit on the square website?

At this time, such a limit isn't possible. I recommend reaching out to our support team, so they can support you in meeting your business needs.

I have spoken with a couple of support team members. They were surprised this was not a feature. There needs to be a weight limit for shipping. A customer cannot put, for example, 100lbs into a small box and ship it. That does not make sense. Both team members noted this issue and submitted it for future consideration. This is a huge flaw. Also, the customers can not see the weights of the items I have added to each item, so I am not sure what the point was of adding weights?
