How do I edit the email communications to my customers for Square Online?

Square offers a place to edit online ordering emails. When I go there, I see the email templates, but nowhere to edit them (the verbiage)! Help!

Any help is appreciated! We have a Thanksgiving Meal Package / Food ordering site. When our customers place an order the email confirmation with the pick up date is correct but not the text confirmation. If someone can please advise - the chat is not helpful and I cannot seem too find a support phone number or email.

Please take a look at the Support Center article in this thread. I'd like you to try editing the content of the email communications sent via Square Online. 

If that doesn't work, please give us a call.
