How do I delete a google email account?

I created an email account to match my domain, but google wont let me access it. They’ve set it as my primary email, but if I can’t open it it’s useless. I’d just like to delete it. Thanks!

I do not think you can Delete an Email in Google.

A few years ago I sat down with my son.  We created an Email address through Google for him to use on an Android Tablet.  His mom did not like this and changed his password to something random Locking it up and of no use.  Fast forward 10 years and that Email address is still not available for him to use.  We contacted Google and they said we do not delete email addresses.  Not sure if things have changed but you may need to contact Google to see where they are on this.  The email I used for my son was his name, so he can not use his name as an Email address with Google unless he changes it slightly.

Thank you for the response.  I’ve tried several times to verify my account so I can get into my email, but that doesn’t work either. Not sure what I’m gonna do to resolve this.
