How do I create different tiers of shipping within the same province?

I have local delivery and shipping fees set up based on distance, but I'm trying to create multiple tiers of shipping prices based on distance since my base price doesn't cover areas 600km+ away. I also don't want to overcharge customers who are closer in shipping range.

I set up tiers of delivery pricing based on distance, but that isn't appearing to roll over into shipping. In fact, the parameters I set up for delivery distance aren't being applied to orders at all, since I've tried from multiple addresses.

Please help!

Thanks for reaching out. It's not possible to setup shipping rates based on zip or postal codes for a particular state or province. The delivery radius you setup will only apply to delivery orders and will not have an affect on an order that is shipped. If you are having trouble with your delivery settings I recommend reaching out to our support team for assistance. If the delivery settings are not working as intended they can escalate a ticket to our advanced support team for research.

The only way to provide a rate as close to the true charge as possible is to use the Real Time Shipping feature. This is available for USPS, UPS, and FedEx in the United States and with UPS, FedEx, and Canada Post in Canada. You must be upgraded to the Premium plan in order to use this service.

The only other work around I can think of is to add a disclaimer on your site to contact you for shipments outside of zones. Do you get a lot of orders for shipments that cost more than the average shipment for a particular province? I'm not super familiar with shipping rates for Canada, but there might be another seller on here that has dealt with a similar situation.
