I am being charged $18.00/month for the professional plan, but I want to cancel it and theres no option for it. I paused it a couple months ago and now the only option is to RESUME, but I want to cancel it. What do i do?

I'm sorry to hear you're having some trouble in locating this option on your Dashboard!
You can cancel your subscription at any time, even if you have paused the subscription temporarily. The easiest way to do this is to navigate to your Account & Settings page in your Dashboard, go to Business Information > Pricing & Subscriptions.
