How is it possible that we still have a Tip for driver only when ordering delivery service. Tip is a very important source of income for our crew and as we grow our online ordering service, it seems that our crew are not as exited because they know they don't receive tips and the driver takes all the tips.
The worse part is that we've had already 4 messed up orders by drivers and they still keep the tips.
When will square add a tipping line for the restaurant, there should be two tip lines for delivery, one for driver and one for restaurant. Perhaps if the customer says 15% tips, 7.5% goes to restaurant and 7.5% goes to driver automatically.
I totally get where you're coming from—tipping is a huge part of keeping staff motivated, and it’s frustrating when all the tips go to the driver, especially when mistakes happen on their end. Right now, Square only offers a single tip line for delivery, and unfortunately, it all goes to the driver through the delivery service provider.

It would be awesome if Square implemented an automatic tip split, where a percentage could be allocated to both the restaurant and the driver. Hopefully, with enough demand, they’ll roll something out soon!
