We have a home bakery business and we only have pick up option for our products. During the Christmas holidays there will be some days that we will not do pick up. How can I set it up, so when someone orders, the customer will not be able to book a pickup for these days?
Hey @Roi1! At this time there isn't a way to automate changes to your business hours for holidays. This is a very popular feature request and I'll share your interest with the Square Online team!
In the meantime, here are a couple of workarounds that I hope help:
You could also include your holiday hours on the Main Banner image on your website homepage and update your customers on social media so they can't miss your hours! Tagging a few other sellers here to see if they can share any other tips: @tonydow @Sam_400º @doc_choc.
