How can I have more online orders?

I have been struggling in getting pick up orders, and holiday's are around the corner. SO please give me some suggestions!

Advertise, we run Google AdWords and Facebook ads.  We are also strictly mobile so when we work state fairs I have QR codes up in the booth to get people to join our mailing list.  We send out emails about once a week just to keep our company in the eyes of our customers.  We also do weekly lives shows, customers live to be able to interact with you.
