I want to hire someone to work on my Square online website and I set them up as a team member and gave them online permission, but I’m not sure how to tell them to access this remotely. It only asked me for their email when creating their profile, but not a password for them. I’m confused. Thanks for any help! Do they just go to squareup.com and enter their email as the username?
Hi @Mdjerkyco. You do not set up passwords for your team members, ever. When you add them to your team, they will get an email to set up their own password. Otherwise, yes, they go to squareup.com and sign in just like we do.
