How Do I Get Items To Show On Shop Online Page?

I've been working on my website for a few days now and just when I think it's finished, it's not! 🙂

Please see screenshots...When working on the Shop Online page, it shows my items listed in the center section. When the preview is opened, it says there are no items listed. How do I fix this?

HI,I am not familiar with the Menu Format template, what do you see when you hover over Item List?  Do 3 little dots appear for additional settings? Maybe something there will work.
