How Do I Ensure that Accurate Provincial Taxes Will Be Applied to my Online Payment Links?

I'm new to Square. How do I ensure that accurate Provincial taxes apply to my online payments? I can't seem to figure out how to do this. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

We are a distillery and are required to charge both GST and Liquor tax in BC, But if I sell an item that requires 7% the system does not calculate the taxes.  For example 1 bottle at $27.74 + 5 % GST $1.39 + 10% Liquor Tax $2.77 equals $32.  But now we have to charge .25 for a Bag Fee. This has 5% and 7% taxes.  The 7% tax will not be calculated.  Square must be more advanced than this by now.
