It seems I’ve run into an issue accessing the free magstripe. I’ve just set up my account today and saw the button for the free reader, clicked it and went to checkout only to see it wasn’t free. I did ask for help with chat but it only suggested I buy it then get a free redemption code. I don’t have a lot of faith in that as it seems to already not like my account. Is there something else I could possibly do before buying it.
