Help we are not getting emails from the contact form

We have a contact form issue. We noticed that we were not receiving email enquiries from our website. Some clients have contacted us to say they have completed the form on our website but we never received anything from them. When we are submitting test forms we are not getting those emails as we should. We have also changed the email address on the form but we still we don't get emails. Please help.

Just so we are on the same page, I would like to confirm some things:

1) How long has the issue been going on. Was it working then stopped

2) I am sure you have, but check the spam and trash folder

3) How did you edit the email. Can you walk me through the steps.

Hi MayaP, this might have started last week on Friday, 8th July 2022 because that is the day we received our last email via the contact form. This is the first time we experience this. It was always working ever since we started using Weebly about 2 years ago. We tried to change our email address on the form that all emails are sent to and replaced it with a new email address, did a test but that didn't work. So, the issue is not the email address because we do receive emails on outlook. We just don't know what it is.

@Thembs there are some situations where our emails may be blocked or delayed by your email provider (which we have no control over).

If you can’t find the messages in your inbox or spam folders, and you truly believe the messages aren’t coming through, then we encourage you to whitelist a few of our emails related to your Square Online site to help keep them from being blocked or delayed.

Whitelist the following email addresses by adding them to your contacts:
