System has been super slow to transition from appt to checkout. I have reset machine and reinstalled app but no improvement. Any one have any suggestions? Thanks. Paul

Looks like you have done your fair amount of troubleshooting. My best advice here would be to reach out to our Hardware Support team so they can take a closer look at this situation. You can give us a call at 855-809-9000 (English) or 855-700-2000 (French) between 6 am - 6 pm Pacific Time Monday-Friday. If you call outside of these hours, you will be required to enter your Customer Code to validate your account.
