We use a courier that delivers within a 3hour time frame.
We can't honour the more specific times that the website offers.
is there a way to get rid of the hourly delivery option so the customer can only select a date (not a time)

It's not possible to allow a specific delivery date for orders, but you might be able to change your prep time to work with your courier service.
Thanks. I see what you mean by the default time popping up. Based on your settings for prep time and business hours it's defaulting to the first available time i.e. 1pm, but I'm assuming your drivers may not be ready to deliver right at the business open time?
We do have a feature request in place that addresses this, and I believe our team is working on a solution.
