Has anyone done Delivery Fulfillment integration with Nash?

Has anyone done Delivery Fulfillment integration with Nash? The objective is to increase the default delivery radius from 5 miles to 20 miles.

Usenash, com has a functioning app with Shopify but not with Square. Since I am not a developer, I have been trying to get it done between Nash and Square using their respective support staff. Nash says it is done, whereas Square support staff has little clue.

Thanks in advance!

Hi @mymealfix, thanks for posting on the Community.

Unfortunately Square support is not able to provide assistance on supported or unsupported APIs. Have you tried reaching out to the Square Developer's support team instead ? They also have a dedicated Developer Forum here.

Hi @mymealfix,

The Developer Support forums are a separate platform and require registration, similar to other online product forums (like the Seller Community or the Beta Community). While you can view existing topics and answers without being fully registered, signing up makes it easier to engage and receive support on the developer platform.

To break it down:

1. The Seller Community covers anything related to Square's ecosystem.
2. The Beta Community is where you can find information about testing future products and features.
3. For queries and support related to SDKs and APIs, the Square Developer forum is the place to go.

Although all platforms aim to support Square Sellers, each has a dedicated team to provide specialized support. Unfortunately, we don’t offer developer support through the Seller Community.

I hope this helps clarify things and adds some order to the chaos! 🙂

Thanks Loub for the reply. I will post this in developer's support team (even though I am not a developer).

Is there a list of all the teams in Square Support, so that it's easy to reach the right support team in least amount of time. I ask because I have faced this a lot since my trial 5 days ago.

Also, why do I need to register again for the developer support.

Thanks!
