Hi there, @TheDugoutWV,

Thanks for reaching out, we completely understand how important this is for your business, and we're here to help.

Connecting your Square Online website to Amazon can be a bit tricky, as Square doesn’t have a direct integration with Amazon’s marketplace at this time. However, there are a couple of potential workarounds depending on what you're trying to achieve:

  • If you want to sell the same products on both platforms, you’ll need to manually list them on Amazon or use a third-party integration tool (like Codisto or CedCommerce) that can sync your inventory between Square and Amazon.

  • If you're trying to point your Square Online domain to your Amazon storefront, you can set up a redirect from your Square domain to your Amazon URL. This can be done in your Square Online settings by going to Website > Domains > Redirects and entering your Amazon Store link.

We know this can be a bit complex, so if you’d like step-by-step guidance, we would be happy to walk you through it on this platform!

I’d double-check that your domain’s A record and CNAME are pointing where Amazon expects, since one wrong digit can make the whole thing act wonky. I’ve had to wait a couple of hours for changes to kick in, so a little patience goes a long way. Sites like https://pedirayudas.com sometimes remind me to look for small rule changes that can affect setups like this.
