Every time I add a new item in the online menu I have to enter the item, save it and then go back into it to update stock. Not sure why you can't do it all from the one screen, but anyway! When I click to update stock, a message come up "We are retrieving your stock information, this may take a minute". It spins forever and 99.9% of the time after a long while, it will say that it's unable to update and to save my item and try again. I've had to do this over and over with never being able to update the stock which means the item doesn't get put on my website. It takes me so long just to enter one item because of this. I have tried different browsers, pc/tablet/phone, cleared out cookies and cashe, restarted my system, none of it helps. If this is the way it runs and I'm going to have to go through this every time, Square won't be the website for me! Anyone else have this happen?

At this time it isn't possible to schedule calls over this platform. However, you can give our support team a call at 855-700-6000 between 6 am - 6 pm Pacific Time Monday-Friday. If you call outside of these hours, you will be required to enter your Customer Code to validate your account.
