Feeding my listings from Square to Facebook Business shop

Hello...I really need a hand here.  Driving me bonkers.  For some reason when i do a manual download from Square into Facebook two thing happen that bug me to death.  First, the item descriptions are not copied over to facebook.  There is only the item title in the description box.  Secondly there are listings that are coming over with the item name and then there is either a "normal" on the end of the listing or there are a couple of listings that have a size attached to the end of the listing title.  Example:  Vivacious Small: 2,5,4,6,9.  Or I will get Vivacious Normal.  My listing title in Square does not have this "extra" info attached to the title.  What can i do the make the change so it does not happen anymore?  I want the listing descriptions in the description in facebook and i want the item title to be what it is in Square Online.  Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you for posting about your integration with Facebook. Have you reached out to Facebook at all to see if there is an issue on their end? 

When it comes to integrations, I would suggest starting with the partner. If there is nothing wrong, then please let our CS Team know directly. They will file a ticket with our engineers to get to the bottom of the exact issue you're seeing
