Feature Request - Report/Export for Open Orders

We use Square Online and Square POS to sell our products. Due to order mixups, product damages, and the volume of orders, we have frequent inventory discrepancies. We need to run inventory checks weekly or when a product starts to get low to verify we have enough product on hand to fulfill any open orders in the system and make sure the correct remaining inventory is listed online.

Our issue is there isn't an easy way to pull a list of products and quantities to see what inventory needs to be reserved for open orders. We were using the Weebly order export report and manipulating the data in that table to get what we needed and that was working great for us. We now have so many orders in the system the report will no longer send to our e-mail. We reached out to Square Support and were told there is nothing they could do. The only suggestion was to download in smaller chunks, but we have open orders typically going back 2-3 weeks. It's not practical for us to download one day worth of orders 14-21 times each time we need to check inventory (typically 1-2 times per week).

None of the transaction or item reports on the Square Dashboard differentiate open vs. fulfilled orders/items, at least that I can find. If that information were included in the report tables we could easily manipulate the data in excel to pull the information we need. However, the only report that appears to have this type of information is the Weebly export report.

We typically have 50+ open orders in the system with 2-5 items so it's not practical to go through each open order and tally up items.

Really need a solution for this! Our products are date/age-sensitive and any unclaimed inventory needs to be put online ASAP and we also don't want to oversell products. Some sort of report/export showing quantity of products on open orders is a must for us.

Appreciate any temporary suggestions or fixes to tie us over in the meantime.
