Feature Request: Chat option for Online Orders

Hi, it would be fantastic if when a customer makes a order, and write a comment on the order, if there could be a chat sort of system to reply straight from the order.

Let me know if that could be something that would work/possible.

Thank you for reaching out and sharing this feedback! 

While there's no chat system for Square Online, you can see your customers contact details in the order if you need to contact them about the comment they left with the order.

Yes that is what i generally do, but a chat could be good sometimes.
