Facebook Store integration

Hi, my Online Store items are successfully feeding into Facebook Store using the settings within Square Online, however that gives me an 'all or nothing' sitaution as Facebook displays all items regardless of visability/hidden/unavailable status or inventory level.

Looking at the facebook catelogue setting, there are options to column map specific fields from the feed to to facebook shop fields, however I cant find anything published on Square that lists the fields that are used on the Item data, so I have no idea on field names (or in fact what is actiually contained in the exported Item data).

I want to use Square category, visibility and inventry fields to inform facebook, so that when the data feed updates, the field-mapping rules will automatically strip out Items that are out of stock.

Can anybody help with this?

thanks

James

Hi @okaycokey, really sorry to hear you are experiencing this! I've reached out to our ECOM specialist team for some clarification on how information is sync between Square and Facebook. I'm waiting to hear back from them right now and I'll sure to follow up once I have an update from the team.

Hi @okaycokey, apology for the long wait on this! The team have a look into this and unfortunately, field mapping is not available with Square right now so there isn't a way to determined what information is feed into Facebook. Rather, everything is pulled in at once.

I completely understand how this feature would be really useful so I've passed this as a feature request to the appropriate team as well.
