Facebook Business Pages not linking to Enable Facebook Messenger Chat

I have a FB Business page but when I go to enable chat within Square, it says I do not have one and to "create a FB Business page" to enable messenger.

I finally gave up and created a second business page, but now that page has disappeared and Square keeps making me create new business pages, not recognizing that I already have (now multiple).

This is what would be my THIRD business page, note how it's not even showing the second one created via the Square link.

@TheForYouShoppethe only thing I can suggest to try is to make sure you're signed into your business Facebook account, then go back into your Square dashboard and try to do this again. I know Messenger only allows connections to business pages and not personal pages, so maybe Square is not "seeing" the business page unless you're signed into that first. ???

Thanks. Unfortunately not, as I did try this too. Including refreshing on both sides (fb and square), even clearing cache, and it doesn’t find it, no matter how many business pages are made or even being active in existing business pages. Browsers are up to date, still no luck.

RESOLVED (Mostly):  Turns out that if your Business Instagram is linked to your FB Business Page, it converts it to a '"Business Portfolio" Business Page"

 

Square requires it to be a "Business Page" from "Your Account", so I had to unlink it from my Business IG and then Remove it from my "Business Portfolio" for it to show up in Square as an option.
