Export Square Online Item List

Is it possible to export the item list from Square Online? I need to be able to see details such as weights, visibility, type, fulfillment methods, etc. that are only listed in the Online item setup and not the main item list.

I believe you can only export your items from the Square Dashboard (not Online).  However, your Online item list has a whole list of filters that you can use that might be helpful! 

When you're looking at your item list in Square Online, click on the "Filters" button right next to the search box at the top.  You can narrow down by fulfillment type, item type, visibility, ETC.  That will at least give you a list of items in your inventory that match whatever filter you've chosen.

Thanks for the reply! The filters work great if let's say "Shipping" is turned on but I need to see if it's turned off. I have about 1500 items in my library so the filters help, it's just not quite what I need. I had started over with everything unavailable and going one by one updating and changing to available. I noticed that several items were not in the online portal so I added them and it automatically set all new items to visible and ship.

You can also Bulk Edit items in Square Online.  So if you're looking at a list of 10 items that are Unavailable, you can check the boxes next to them, hit "Bulk Edit" in the top right corner, and change them all to Available or update the fulfillment method.

Just a word of caution - if you've created an item in Square but don't see it in Square Online, it's likely a syncing issue.  As in it hasn't synced.  I would be cautious about adding it again in Square Online because you might end up with duplicates.
