Hi all, a customer contacted me to say they are trying to order but get the above error. Does anyone know why and how
we can correct? They have ordered before with no problems.

I was able to proceed to the checkout successfully when visiting your site both on an iPhone using Safari, and a Mac using Chrome. Has your customer let you know if they're still seeing this error? They might have to clear their cache if the error persists. Please let us know how you go 🙂
Thanks Arie, I put it through manually for them as the wait was not professional. Hopefully it doesn't reoccur

We experienced this issue also on Safari and Samsung Internet.
Safari - Try updating the iOS and Safari version
Samsung Internet - we couldn't get around even after updates.
Try using chrome or mozilla firefox which seem to work well.
