Can someone please help?
When in: more>settings>checkout>order tickets to auto i get a red message in 2 secondes. the message is: “Square unable to connect to server. Changes are only visible on this device.”
So i can't set the ticket numbering to auto. I have a samsung tab A9. On an iPhone i don't get this message and it works auto numbering.
But i have the samsung tablet as POS.
Is this maybe a bug in android? Can someone please help?

As a first step, could you please ensure that you're on the latest version of the Square app on your Samsung tablet?
If there are no updates available, could you please let me know what version of the app you're currently on? This will also help our team diagnose the issue if I end up needing to escalate this further.
