We are seeing fake email ID and phone number in certain online orders who place order pickup food and then raise dispute. For sure Sqaure should be sending an email when that email is bounced cant be get a notification or something? Is there anyway we can get an alert on this?
We may have to stop using square online if this continues. Even if we challenge the dispute though square its waste of time, it always goes in the favor of the customer. We have Risk Manager enabled and these transactions are not high risk.

@Sathish Hi - just curious, did you ever get a resolution or response from Square? We have the same exact issue, and I tried to escalate, but never got a response back.
