Email Preview Section

I have lost the ability to edit the text in my confirmation email. There used to be an "Email Preview Section" to edit.  Any ideas how to fix it? I was with the help chat for over 2 hours and no one could help.

Hello @uniforms , try this area in your Square Dashboard:

It's under Online > Communications > Email and text alerts. Then click on the three dots at the very right side of the email for Order Confirmation, and you should be able to edit this.
