ERROR Customer can't select time slot

Customers are having issues with selecting delivery time slots. They keep getting the error below:

 

One or more items in your order has scheduling restrictions, the earliest available delivery time for your current order is Today: 17:40 - 17:50
 
The scheduled time you tried to select is unavailable for your current order
 
I don't understand the problem, the slots haven't been used up. I can't contact Square support, the phone line is never available.

Hi @Yumshi, I'm sorry to hear that. Can you please share a link to your website and let me know what items were in the cart? If you can share any screenshot, it will help me test your online store and give you the right information to resolve this.
