Does anyone know how to change the picture the appears once you have marked an invoice paid in the app?

I understand you want to change the image that appears after marking an invoice as paid in the Square app.

Here's what you need to know:

Current Situation:

• The payment confirmation image in the Square app is actually part of Square's default system UI
• Unfortunately, this specific image cannot be customized directly within the app
• It's a standard system feature that Square uses across their platform

What You CAN Customize:

1. Invoice Branding:

   • Logo on the invoice itself
   • Business information
   • Color scheme
   • Custom fields

2. Digital Receipt Options:

   • Business logo
   • Business name
   • Contact information
   • Social media links

How to Customize Available Elements:

1. To Change Invoice Branding:

   • Log into Square Dashboard
   • Go to Settings > Invoices
   • Select "Invoice Settings"
   • Click "Edit" under Customization 
   • Upload your logo and set colors

2. To Update Receipt Branding:

   • Go to Account & Settings
   • Select "Receipt" options
   • Customize available elements

Alternative Solutions:

1. Custom Follow-up:

Thank you for all of this! The current picture that shows up is an old picture of mine that I would like to change so it must not be the standard Square one you mentioned. Do you have any idea where I could find it? I would be happy to change it to a Square one instead, I just want to ensure that clients don't see it anywhere.
