I've just set up a Facebook shop and uploaded my catalogue from my Square Online account. I can't find anywhere that tells me if Square automatically updates the catalogue on Facebook. If I try do it thru FB it doesn't work because I don't have an upload file....clearly I'm missing something !!! help....
Hi @Wiredheart. Sorry to hear you're having trouble with this. The item should sync up, but make sure you're setting up the connection by following the steps in this help article.

That's how I set it up.
I'm going to make changes to my items, hopefully they will be updated on FB 🙂
