Discounts online store checkout

Hi,

I set up my online store yesterday and everything was working great. I am now having a problem with discounts going through to the checkout.

Buy 12 get 10% discount was working and being deducted at checkout automatically. Not sure what's happened, but now the discount tag and description box still appear in the item pages but when 12+ items added to the basket, the discount is not being auto applied.

Help! Its driving me crazy!!

Do you have the discount/voucher enabled for All Items/Categories? It might be worth double-checking those settings.

Update, it works in all browsers except Microsoft Edge.
