Delivery Radius not working correctly

Hello, 

 

I was wondering if someone might be able to help me with delivery radius; I've had a customer that has managed to place an order which is outside of my parameters; I tested their postcode this morning and it wouldn't allow me to place an order from that postcode, but they have managed to do it somehow.

 

Can you let me know why this would happen?

I'd need to take a look at a few details to investigate what happened here. Can you please send the following details: 

 

- A link to your site. 

- Your intended shipping parameters.

- The customer's address (via DM for security).

- The order number this occurred with (via DM for security).
