Delivery Address won't update

I have items available for both shipping and local delivery in an online store.  Customers have ordered for both shipping and local delivery with no issues in the past.  Since the new updates to item creation went into effect, however, local delivery won't work on the site.  Everything is set up, but it won't accept the local delivery option and the local address can't be updated.  The only thing it will accept is the shipping option.  Anyone else have this problem? What's the fix? Am I missing a setting somewhere?  Thanks for any help.

Thank you for the link, and I've already gone through these steps multiple times.  The issue is that the local delivery option shows on the website, but it won't add the item to the cart if it's local delivery.  When the "check your address" link is clicked, it won't update the address.  An address can be typed in, but it won't update it. And yes, the address typed is within the delivery area.  So even though the Local delivery option is checked for an item, it won't let you add it to the cart.

Exactly the same issue with me too. Not able to add the items to the cart, address is not getting updated, even though the postal code within the delivery zone. Hope square fixes this soon!

Apparently not allowing us to edit/update shipping addresses to reflect corrected info from our customers is in the category of "working as intended." 
My confidence in this system continues to deteriorate.
