I'm getting tons of spam messages (not emails). I get multiples like 10 of the exact same message daily. I need to be able to find message strings with customers but now I have to sift through close to 100 spam messages. Why can't I delete these!!??
@Quiltman Unfortunately, Square does not currently have a built-in feature to delete individual spam messages from its system (e.g., messages submitted through your contact forms or chat). But you can block them.
Open your POS and then click More in the bottom right hand corner, from there click messages, select the message you want to block. Tap the 3 dots in the upper right hand corner and select block.

Well we all know that blocking spam is useless. I'll get 20 more of the same spam messages the next day from a different phone number.
Please put this on your to do list. My messages that I used to rely on are now useless.

I know, but for now that’s the best we have. We get bombarded on a daily basis also.
I agree, a "delete" feature MUST be a priority. The only reason I got the spam is because I had sent a receipt to this person. This is requirement. (Canadian here).
