Resolved.
If you're having issues with your dashboard syncing to your website, go to Settings -> Fulfillment methods -> Shipment and verify your shipping locations address even if you don't ship anything.
Then go to Map Websites to Shipping Location and pick your address.
That's what fixed it for us
