Daily Reservation limits

For the new daily limit on reservations - does this limit the # of people or # of appointments. Specifically if client A schedules two services, does it count as 1 or two appointments?

The reservations limit is for the number of appointments, not services attached to the appointment.

The daily Appointment limit is a setting you can enable and then choose the number which will limit the Appointments as shown below. You can edit this setting from your Square Dashboard on the Appointments page and then under Settings > Calendar & Booking.
