Hi all,
My square online site was working great until yesterday (12.6.2021). Customers began experiencing an error code when attempting to add any item to the cart: "There was an error. Please try again."
I have reviewed my store setup and do not see any issues on the backend.
It seems this occurrence is very random as I have never experienced this in the past.
Has anyone else experienced this problem?
Any suggested resolutions?

As @JK_Fiber_Art suggested, the Square Status Page is a great place to check and see if what you're experiencing is currently a known issue. When issues are posted on this page, they are actively being looked into by our Engineers so we can get them fixed as quickly as possible.
Taking a look at your site today with the link you've provided, I was able to successfully add an item to the cart without seeing any error messages. I added a screenshot below to show my view. I hope this has been resolved on your end and for your customers as well!

have you found out anything about why this could happen? this is happening on my store today. you cannot add anything to the cart, just get the error message.
