Some of my customers are having This Address is not supported, please select another. message when they try to check-out. I did a test run myself and also facing the same message.
However, if it's a free shipping item, they don't have this problem so I think there's something to do with calculating the shipping rate. Have anyone experience this problem?
Hey there @VeraYang. Whenever a seller has posted about this error message, it turned out to be a setup issue. Have you created a shipping profile? If so, is the country and/or states you are shipping to in that profile? If you have are using the free tier of the Square Online store, you must do this manually. If you are using a paid tier, then this is probably automatically set up for you, at least for the states. You can edit/add your shipping profile from your web dashboard > Account & settings > Fulfillment methods > Shipment.
I am using a paid tier. I haven't changed anything in the setting but the problem just started this week. I'll look into setting again. Thanks.
