Customers Can't Make a Purchase

Hi there! Hoping someone can help me out. I'm trying to create an online purchase option for our school's PTA for parents and families to purchase tickets to our upcoming raffle next week. The site takes the customer through the shop, they are able to add the item to their cart, and can get to the checkout screen. However, once there, they can't add their payment information or complete the purchase. Any idea what's happening here? Screenshot attached.
