We've only recently started using square website and a customer has told us that even though they've placed 2 orders with us there is nothing showing in their order history. The sales have both gone through and items been collected, payment taken with no problems. Why can they not see the orders in their history?
Sounds like you may be filtering the orders. On the all orders page, you will see 5 links (see below), click the all link, this should show all orders. Let me know if this works
All - Active - Scheduled - Completed - Canceled
