Customer unable to make a purchase since Address was a PO BOX

we had a customer unable to make a purchase since their home address is a PO BOX.  How can I change this so they can make purchases?

Hi @CHP 👋

 

The checkout page uses Google to validate addresses. I have heard that some people are running into errors with P.O. Boxes, however, you should see an option to manually enter the address if one does not auto populate. 

 

Can you confirm if you have had reports that the manual option is not showing?
