After I marked an order as ready in the POS app, my customer received an automatic text saying their order is ready. They said they responded to the text to let me know they would pick it up in an hour. However, I didn't receive the text. Where can I see texts customers send me in response to the Square order texts?

Those texts are actually just automated that we send to alert them the order is ready so they aren't supposed to reply to it.
There's not a way to see what they've replied and it usually will tell them it can't be delivered.
