We've been using square for nearly 2 years as POS and processing, we just made our Online store live as we reopen tomorrow. We tested the site attempting to make a purchase and keep getting "An Error Occurred please try again" message when trying to submit the payment info for credit card... we've tried 4 cards two different people and keep getting the same message.

We recommend walking through these specific troubleshooting steps to ensure that both your device and online browser are up to date to their most recent software.
