My clients leave a note with special instructions with their orders. The notes used to be in the order details but now no longer appear there. I see them in the email but I am not the only one receiving the emails. Why don't the notes appear with the order on the details flyout?
Hi @jlb2112 - I'm sorry to hear that this issue with your customer notes in your Online orders has brought you to the Seller Community.
This does sound off, but it's difficult to pinpoint what may be happening without looking at your account and these orders with you, which we aren't able to do via the Seller Community. For this type of issue, I suggest that you get in touch with our Support Team so they can take a look at this with you. If you haven't already, please reach out to Support directly by logging into your Square account and heading here.
Having the same problem. I have been able to find the note by going to the Online area and looking at each order one at a time to see if a note was left. Not a good way to do it, but it worked. Now I see that the online order area is being deleted on March 1 and the order area on the main Square dashboard does not show the customer note. Where else can I find the customer note?

Until recently, for orders of event/digital/donation items, order notes were not populated on the Square Order Manager. We did make a change very recently to start showing those notes on Square Order Manager for any event/digital/donation orders created going forward.
To access the order notes of digital/event/donation orders placed prior to that change, you can download an export of your orders from the Online orders screen.
