Customer not able to order

I just had a customer email me saying they weren't able to place an order.  Here is their message:

"I'm trying to place an order, but it keeps giving me an error message that my First and Last Name are needed in the billing address and I have entered it multiple times ;)"

 

How do I fix this?  Or even where do I go to look into it?

Hi @dustytreesoap i'm sorry you're having trouble with your orders. I hate to say this, but when I get errors like that the first thing I try is a different Browser. I know they all should be compatible, but often are not. I find some users especially on older iPads have a hard time shopping my Square site. It could also be a Safari vs Firefox or another browser. It could even be trying to shop on a phone.Again, I know it should work across all devices, but I'd see if you can ask your customer to try another browser...or desktop computer over an ipad or phone and see if that makes a difference.

 

There have also been times when clearing your cache/cookies and restarting the browser helps, but I know this is awkward ask of our customers to do with no guarantee of success. I hope you are able to get it working for your customers.
