Customer Login

I have asked about this a million times, but new year, new request. We NEED a customer login and dashboard feature for Square Online. It is VITAL to e-commerce functionality that a customer be able to login to see their previous orders, edit their subscriptions, re-order past purchases, etc. All of my clients MUST have this functionality in order for Square Online to be a viable e-commerce solution.

Unfortunately, outside of the clients who get referred to me through Square, I can’t/won’t use the Square Online platform for them because it is not capable of handling robust e-commerce.

The fact that I have to keep telling clients that they will need to pay for a 3rd party integration in order to have a BASIC e-commerce feature (that should be part of the platform) like a customer portal/login is absolutely RIDICULOUS. Especially when you take into account the fact that EVERYTHING (Appointments, loyalty, Team Plus, Invoices Plus, Payroll, etc.) costs extra with Square.

I need a FREE solution or a work around ASAP.

We've had some delays, but we are working on this one. I checked in with the Square Online team and we're hoping to have a beta available to test as early as March. Details are still pending as far as complete feature set, cost, etc. but we'll keep you informed as we get closer. Is this something you'd like to help us test?

I have been dying for this feature and have been planning to switch to another e-commerce platform when my annual subscription plan year nears its end.  If this is coming to Beta soon I would love to be involved in testing and be able to offer this feature to my customers.

Yes add my vote to this feature. 

its something that i had on big commerce and was a great feature for the customers. 

i would happily join a beta for this when its ready 🙂
