I'm trying to figure out why the billing information is not showing in it's entirety on the order confirmation emails. In the test email shown, the billing info and Shipping info is complete. However, when a customer orders, the billing info only shows the zip code, US, email and phone and the shipping info shows everything listed in the pic. Why doesn't the customer name show up in the billing section? Which leads to my 2nd issue because I'm guessing they are related...at the top of my confirmation email, pictured, it should say "Hi there John,...," but mine currently shows with the field tag %first_name%.

That %first_name% tag is bit of place-holder code, which when the email is generated is replaced by the first name provided by the customer.
As for the billing address, if you are seeing that in test email then I would contact our support team so they can escalate the issue to the online store team. I'm not sure whether the test email or the real email is what you should actually see.

Yes, I understand the placeholder, but if the customer has put in their first name, why isn't it replaced in the confirmation email instead of still showing the placeholder?
Great question! I would expect it to use the customer's first name just like you do. Hopefully our support team has some ideas on why that isn't happening.
